The Pinnacle is a custom built home we designed.  It was built in 2013-2014.  This plan houses 5+ bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 3 half baths.  a massive front porch and a covered outdoor living area off the back of the home, showcasing the swimming pool and patio.  This house was built at 6000 heated square feet, with an additional 2000 unheated in garage spaces.  Another unique feature of this home is the multiple family living spaces.  In laws have a large comfortable suite with a full kitchen, open living and master suite with large master bath.  The main floor plan houses large 20 ft vaulted ceilings from front to back of the house, with an open floor plan concept for the kitchen, living and dining.  There are also 3 bedrooms on the main level with 2 full baths, and a Master Retreat with oversized walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.  All living spaces are sprawled out on the main level of the home.  Upstairs there are multiple large living spaces, an enormous office/meeting room, a movie theater room and 2 more bathrooms.

The Quinlan is a two story home with an open living space on the first floor. This plan consist of 4 bedrooms, three and a half baths and a large screened in porch with a fireplace. You can easily add a bedroom to make it a 5 bedroom home and also convert the screened in porch area into a formal dining area. There are a lot of possibilities with this home if you would like to adjust. This house is currently 3,100 heated square feet with an additional 1,000 unheated which includes a 3 car garage and covered porch.
