SETH WOFFORD
Seth Wofford is the owner of SW Residential Design and Construction. He is a licensed general contractor in North Carolina and specializes in the residential field. He is a native Charlottean and graduate of Harding University High School. Upon graduating college he began his design career at WGM Architecture in Charlotte. As hard times hit the housing and architectural community in 2009, he began to explore other options. He started his drafting and design company, formerly SW Design, in 2014. His scope of work included designing his own home and drafting many new construction homes and additions. While building his home he began to fall in love with the construction process. In 2016 he acquired his first “flip” property. He transformed it from an original 1960’s ranch to a modern, open concept dream home. He sought out his general contractor license and hasn’t looked back. Since becoming a general contractor, his passions include flipping and rehabbing dilapidated properties, remodeling and redesigning existing residences for clients and building custom dream homes. His favorite things about this career choice are creating a family work environment and spending time with the ones he loves the most. He is building a team of support and love through hard work and family values.
SYDNEY WOFFORD
Sydney Wofford has been with SW Design since the beginning. She too is a native Charlottean and graduate of Harding University High School, where she and Seth began dating. She and Seth have been married for 10 years now, with 2 awesome children. After graduating college, she worked as a dental hygienist for 10 years and has recently started helping Seth exclusively with the company. She has fallen in love with design. She takes great pride in turning the houses they rehab, into homes you want to live in. She is passionate about color choices, tile trends, countertop inspirations and flooring options. She loves designing and strives to make her choices appealing to everyone. She enjoys spending time with the family and all things DISNEY!
TREVOR GIBSON
Trevor Gibson is the COO of SW Residential Design and Construction. He is a Charlotte native, where he graduated from Harding University High School as well as King’s College. After graduating college, he married his high school sweetheart, Allison, and began a 15 year career in printing and graphic design. Trevor continues to do freelance graphic design where he is also able to apply his skills in the marketing side for SW. In 2016, Seth approached Trevor to help “flip” a house that he just acquired. Seth and Trevor worked on the house on weekends and part time throughout the process and turned the house into a beautifully designed, modern home. Trevor quickly fell in love with every aspect of flipping a home and couldn’t wait for the next. His grandfather built many homes around the Charlotte area and Trevor feels, although his background isn’t in construction, that it is definitely in his blood. Within the next year Seth asked Trevor if he wanted go at this full time, and they haven’t turned back since. Since joining the team Trevor continues to design as well as work on his skills in construction. Any time he gets the chance, he’s loves to spend time with his wife and three children at their camper at the beach. He is also an avid surfer, snowboarder and loves to grill whenever he gets the chance.
