This project is a remodel/addition to a current home. Mr. and Mrs. Fox wanted to expand their living and entertaining area in the front of their home. In order to do so at the front of the home, we designed a large porch with craftsman details. A 10' deep porch allows for plenty of seating, with ceiling fans to keep the space cool in the warmer months. We also designed a storage building with beautiful pair of reclaimed windows from an old church. Project completed in April 2015, contractor was Billy Demas.
This project was started in May 2014, and is being built by Danyele Smith with Triangle Homebuilders. This house is 5,700 heated square feet with an additional 3,000 square feet under roof. A couple unique features on this house are; The large covered front and back porches with plenty of room to entertain, relax and enjoy the views. This also includes an "In-law" suite, which has its own entrance, garages, kitchen, master suite, guest bedroom, and a shared utility room. The "In-law" suite is roughly 1,300 heated square feet with an additional 1,000 square feet under roof. We wanted to create a home with the function of two houses but the look of one. The symmetry from the front helped us create the two areas without sacrificing the look of the façade.
Cowans Ford Outdoor Kitchen
This project consists of an outdoor kitchen addition, with a seating area and a fireplace. We also moved a window and door around in the existing home to help with flow/function. The build is currently being done by Boone Sherrill with Reliabuilt.
